| This headband was made with the residents of Emerald City in mind. The fabric flower is adhered to the fabric covered headband with the Hobnail Frame Decorivet and Crafters Pick The Ultimate glue. In between the layers is the Ornate Wreath Filigree and a piece of Stickle-covered Grungeboard.
The Adornment Fibers came from Fire Mountain Gems. |
