If you have ordered within the past couple of weeks you will be able to use them with our DecoEmboss & DecoEtch dies. Love it@ What gauge metal blanks do the embossing dies work best on? I want to be able to use it on other blanks and metal sheet cuts as well as the beautiful Vintaj blanks. I normally use 24 or 26 gauge metal – will this work? Thanks!
beadaholique is awesome, I shop there frequently, and even get my vintaj there when I’m too broke to do a wholesale order. : ) Also, those earrings rock.
Tracy, the Vintaj blanks that I have are all about 26ga. More specifically, they measure 0.40 – 0.43 mm thick. I measured several different ones and they all fell within that range.
I have a Vagabond, so it can handle slightly heavier materials. I also use various sheet metals in my work and I’ve been able to use 24ga quite easily with good results. Anything heavier than that doesn’t do very well.
