It’s a long time since I last played with the Fresh Picks feature so it was fun having a reason to return to it. Made a few picks, but for this giveaway I’m going with “Luminous” http://www.limabeads.com/luminous-G58796 Inspired by floral stained glass designs and one of my favourite colour schemes using dark metal and transparent glass.

My favorite Vintaj pieces are the leaves and flowers. There are so many to enjoy. I envision looking out my window at all the colorful flowers … which magically becomes my Stained Glass Garden.

I love Lima Beads! This is my first ever Fresh Pick, thanks for inspiring me to do one. I picked Vintaj components that had lots of open space that could be filled with color like in stained glass pieces.

  21. Thanks for the email regarding the sale! I just placed my order and can’t wait to make some new pendants and earrings. The “Stained Glass Window Contest” is so inspirational! The colors are rich and elegant. I would love to work these products into some original designs.

  22. Leilani says:

My fresh pick began with one of Lima beads Abalone Mosaic pendants, which inspired the other gemstone colors. http://www.limabeads.com/Leilanis-Stained-Glass-G59009

  23. Susie Wyatt says:

Love the idea of a new contest! My pick is inspired by the beautiful jewel tones of dragonflies!
    http://www.limabeads.com/Stained-Glass-Dragonfly-Love-G59086

  24. I wanted mine to represent a soothing stained glass piece, such as you’d see in an aquarium or a quaint seaside cottage. The raspberry would be used to color the metal before buffing to show detail, and would provide a pop of color against the calm background. I chose colors I find especially pretty in the light, with emphasis on glass beads, and beautiful filigree Vintaj Natural Brass accents. Thank you for this opportunity!

  30. Debbie Brown says:

  31. Thank you for sharing the “Fresh Pick” feature, this was my first one ever and it was so much fun, excellent to visualize the elements combination – love it!

I got inspired by Tiffany stained glass windows, with a little touch of opalescence (moreover I have a Tiffany lamp with a dragonfly really looking like your Art Deco Dragonfly Pendant, so I just had to add it to my selection!).

Here’s my “Tiffany Window” Fresh Pick:
    http://www.limabeads.com/Tiffany-Window-G59168

    Thank you :)

  32. Nanci Riaza-Clark says:

The Vintaj Stained Glass fresh pick that I created is called ‘My Stained Glass Soul’. I believe all souls are stained in some way. I like to think mine is stained in bright colors with only a little darkness, just to add contrast. It may be wishful thinking but that’s my story and I’m sticking to it!
