The paper image was cut out and applied to the blank and sealed with Claudine Hellmuth Studio Multi-Medium Matte. I hammered the Lady in the Moon pendant flat and riveted it along the edge of the blank. A cute little Pinwheel washer was also riveted over the image to represent a bright star.
