Refund policy

 

All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved within 15 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be made for purchases older than 30 days. Email customercare@vintaj.com for approval. We will replace any defective item. There is a 20% restocking fee for any returns without defect. There is no fee for exchanges. Product must be in new condition, unopened, and unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned, items. The completed Return Form, plus a copy of your original receipt must be included in the returned package for proper processing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
